I’m out on Bryce, Canales and this team

Not sure if you are aware but he is not with the team and he is a downgrade from Dalton and Bryce.

And when I say I don’t think Tepper cares I just mean, if he was good with it before he probably would be now. The FO is probably just trying not to have another Darnold/Mayfield situation and are overly cautious. Tepper has no problem turning on people. 

That part right there, I question. I think it was one game where Bryce totally clipboarded, and then he got 4th qtr garbage reps. To me that indicated they had not given up on him and were trying to rehab him enough to get him back in the saddle.

Bryce has sucked for more than the last month basically. There were plenty of non-black-and-white arguments about Bryce---too many in my opinion.

Honestly, I think Canales is slow to change, if not outright stubborn. I'm still skeptical of his ability to adapt, particularly on the fly, and I'm not so sure that his victories are not more about his counterparts' coaching failures than DC's coaching successes, but being that he's had to try and coach around Bryce and other weaknesses of personnel, I'm willing to give him another couple of years (presumably post-Bryce). That being said, if he gets canned, I won't lose an ounce of sleep over it.

I know people are out on Bryce and questioning Canales, but where is the angst towards Morgan? This is his fault. Improving the QB room is his job and the best we could do was Bryce Young and a 2 year deal for the ghost of Andy Dalton's arm. Everyone is praising his draft and FA but it's another year wasted full of disappointment by what a few of us predicted. I don't care how good the rest of his drafting skills are, if this is what he considers to be an NFL starting caliber QB and a backup caliber QB with no need to even try for improvement, we need another GM immediately.

He's got the next offseason to fix this or im out on him too. I am undecided at the moment but failure to replace the qb room next offseason and I'm out.

I think some are waiting to see how Tilis affects Morgan's approach.

I believe in Canales. The team has bought in. But Bryce is holding the team back.
