That’s all well and good but none of that happens without Rico running for 180 some yards. I think young had a choke short TD passes that the only reason they got down there was because of Rico.

He played great today!  If we could play ATL for 18 weeks straight he might be worth keeping

Great game today.  But considering who it was against i just wasn't surprised. The falcons just have no answer against the guy. Who knows if they just suck outright or it's a talent issue but bryce just kills them every time. We NEED to see him do this against or teams tho, the saints are arguably a worst team than the birds and made him look like a undrafted player. Where is the equilibrium?? We have to know soon.

Upcoming games are the 49ers and the Rams. We're going to know regardless.

It's a very weird feeling after this one, as I still very much don't think he is a viable long term solution at QB, but it was his best game of his career, I can admit that.  But also admittedly, my fear is he just played his way into having his 5th year picked up and given the starting position again next year.

Honestly we should bring him on just not on a full extension. We need to keep building around the QB position and keeping the QB contract low while we do it. Then keep looking for the franchise guy.

 

sometimes you have to ride the serviceable back up until you find your guy.

This is how I have always felt, because if I am that means the Panthers are winning or have a franchise qb atleast.

The winning inspite just isnt gonna cut it.
