I mean yea those stories about Lawrence Taylor showing up to the stadium before a game in a bathrobe doing lines in the locker room probably did happen

should have given carter the blessing to wear his number.  Also fug the giants. refused to throw the ball in the 4th quarter.  Dumbass Kafka

Lmfao wahhhh from interviews this kinda crap was legit normal in the 80s like there was some de I know I heard about who used to jerk off in meetings

You’re probably thinking of Charles Haley who was legit mentally ill and was traded from the 49ers because he fuged around with Jerry rice.

I don’t think anyone in the 80s was straight up masturbating in team meetings.

Aaron Hernandez used to watch gay porn on team flights tho lmao

Not sure about meetings. You might be thinking about Jeffrey Toobin on CNN.

There were stories about Charles Haley touching himself in the Cowboys locker room while telling teammates he was thinking of their wives (Haley was a bons fide psycho).

With regard to Carter though...

Wesley Steinberg is not an actual journalist / insider / anything. Never take him seriously.

"47 yard attempt here by Younghoe Koo and he... stumbled!"

Pretty professional off the cuff take there. Certainly appreciated by the network over my "what the FUG was THAT??!!!"

Welcome to the world of Meme, where you will now reside forever.

    • Another thread where the Huddle melts down over a Bryce comment.  "Conversations" and "Bryce Young has been signed to a new long-term contract" are still far away from being the gospel.  For a fanbase that has watched two top-3 drafted QBs come here, and us move on, only to see them elevate their play elsewhere, I find it comical. Bryce is flawed but this org is damned if you do and damned if you don't with BY9.  Why would our GM and HC say anything other than supportive about their QB1. Yes, he's extended, but I truly do not think if he goes out and has a repeat of the previous seasons, that he is here beyond 2027. They're giving him every opportunity and surrounding him with a ridiculous amount of assets on both sides of the ball. If he continues to pitch 110 yd/ game and cough up the ball while everyone else is busting their ass, no way Dan keeps him beyond the extension.
    • Ooof, I was not a Proctor fan. I agree w/ a lot of smarter folks than me that he's more of a guard and think his weight fluctuation is going to be something to navigate. I liked Lomu a lot, but figured there would be more talented guys there at 19. I also wasn't big on bringing in a TE via the draft. If it's not a vet (Njoku) or a trade for Mayer or Kmet, I'd just as soon see what the youngsters have. No need cluttering the room with more of the same.
    • Sam Darnold & Bryce Young are two very different Qbs ..just saying the last 25 years approximately 2/3 of ALL  first round Qb's  in the NFL were or are bust.so for everyone who makes it like a Sam Darnold you have two that don't make it or are a bust
