Dowlde was wide open, as RG3 pointed out check down is a good play in the 2 minute offense.

Bryce got sacked once yesterday and I think the offensive line played pretty well overall.

If you’re trying to win every game 20-17 then eventually the other team is going to out execute.

and that was just on first down. Bryce could have tried to push the ball downfield (lol)

Not only is dowdle open but the midget literally dropped completly back behind the protection when he had a completely clean pocket to climb dowdle wide ass open and although it wasnt a great snap by ickey if Bryce climbs the pocket this is a play were he has 5+ seconds to throw

Pretty sure Bryce was surrounded.  The other side was a double team that failed.  Only sack of the game.  If you want to blame Ickey for anything, it's the personal foul, but even then Bryce set him up with the flop acting job.  The refs knew it was a clean play and a flop at the end, but Ickey got suckered in by it.

The thing about those BY9 GWDs or basically pretty much literally any drive is that any penalty is an instant drive killer. As soon as we have a negative play it's over. Gaining 10 yards in three plays is hard enough already. Make it more and that's a wrap.

Look at the completly clean pocket he has to climb!!! Ickey got "beat" in a way any tackle will hes dropped completely behind both tackles with ZERO interior pressure

Your high.... the "double team" didnt fail on the other side if he steps up in the pocket when hes supposed too 2 seconds before you still the double team washes them out and so does ickey....  but no he dropped BACK three YARDS BEHIND BOTH TACKLES. 

 

Probably didnt step up because his midget ass cant see over the line if he does.

That sack is on Bryce.  Step up in the pocket and then he can hit Dowdle to the left or scramble to the right and extend the play.

He was sacked for a NINE yard loss on a play were he was stationary when sacked.... with a completely clean interior pocket thats inexcusable....
