Willis is a UFA at seasons end so it will just cost a contract.

I don't want it either. I thought it was a terrible signing this year. Just saying I won't be surprised at all if we option Bryce and extend Dalton so Bryce isn't threatened for his remaining time here.

BTW I understand everything but if our front office digs into all the allegations and finds him atleast reclaimable, his physical talent is undeniable...when healthy and not distracted.  He's a clemson guy so could be a "come home" thing where he'd have more in grown local support than any other franchise by a mile.  I dont think he will be, but I could see him being a Michael Vick type situation.

Michael Vick served his time and has gone out of his way to makeup for his past.

I'm not talking about apologizing (which, at this point, is more than Watson has done) and throwing some money at a charity. Vick has invested his time and energy educating others to not make the same mistakes he did. He has established shelters to rehabilitate animals who were rescued from fighting rings. And, there are still people that haven't forgiven him.

Then again, this country has shown time and again that we care far more about the suffering of dogs than we do the suffering of vulnerable people.

I'm just looking at pending free agents. I think any if those three on the roster likely leads to turning the page on Bryce a few games into the season.
