Panthers vs Steelers Superbowl calling it rn

fug...no! We already had to give Manning his ride into the sunset.

If Steelers make the super bowl, yesterday will pale in comparison.

Brutal way to lose lol, but an entertaining finish to the season. Ultimately I think Texans would easily beat either of these teams and the game vs PIT won’t be close.

I don’t see Rodgers making it out of the first against Houston’s pass rush

Yeah, I think the Texans are relieved to see the Steelers win. Not that they were scared if the Ravens but I think you'd clearly rather face the Steelers.

Going back to last night's game... man, I can't help but feel terrible for Tyler Loop. The entire season comes down to a rookie kicker and he just absolutely chokes on a 44 yarder. Gotta wonder if he'll recover from that. He's had a solid rookie season making 30 of 34 attempts but obviously missed the one that counted the most badly. He also went 1/4 from 50+ with a long of 52.  He'll probably have competition in camp next year. If you aren't good to at least try from 60 in today's NFL you about can't kick in the league these days.

Don't know why the Ravens didn't try to get more yardage. They had the timeouts and they had Derrick Henry.

Then again, it's the Ravens so Henry probably would've fumbled.

You just expect your kicker to hit a 44 yarder. The guy hadn't missed from under 50 all year and I'm sure they didn't want to risk either the possibility of a turnover or a penalty. Get a holding call and now that 44 yarder becomes a 54 yarder and your kicker is 1/4 from over 50 with a long of 52. He was 8/8 from 40-49 before that kick.

    • To be clear, I am not advocating for drafting a WR.  As for the OTs we have met with--I am not sure how or when or where and whether or not that even matters. I can say this about OL:  Those tackles would not play much (unless there is an injury and Fano is probably going to be a guard.  Lomu seems to have slipped a bit (based on the perspectives of crackheads who publish on the interweb or broadcast from their pods.) I like Lomu.  I like Proctor--I think he is the #1 OT but the weight (he was 390) scares me.  Imagine him with $10m in his bank account at the gas station when the 16-pack of Reeses Peanut Butter Cup is right below his fingertips at the counter.  NOOOO! Blake Miller might be the most practical option, to be honest. I watched his vidoes for several minutes (not to exceed 10 because my father played for the Gamecocks when I was born) and I was impressed.   At 19?  A bit rich, but we don't know what the GMs know.   Bryce's contract is another issue.  If they decide to give him a bag of money (suicide hotline 1-800-JUMP), they are going to have to part ways with some vet contracts.  Moton, Hunt, and Lewis come to mind.  Ickey could be gone too.  So....I assume we will have a starting center by next year...
    • My original post :  Yeah man we are in better shape than the bulk of the teams in the league.   There is no goal post moving.  We have a top 15 wr room.  We have an absolute stud and a high floor guy.  Not sure why you are disparaging our guys,  So now for the offense to be unlocked we need a speed guy playmaker, this is insanity
    • 1st round WR again. This will be so great.  Imagine if we had a QB worthy of all of this. It might be something.
