He most definitely doesn't have a cannon. I'd say maybe slightly above average (and that might be a stretch).

I do think he has good touch on his throws and did a pretty good job throwing with anticipation to a bunch of JAG receivers Baylor had. 

His mechanics probably need to be rebuilt - footwork is god awful on many of his throws.

His peak is a reliable QB2, his floor is never being heard from again in a few years

4th is early--5th maybe?  It depends on the run of QBs on day 3--there usually is one.  However, he could drop lower.  I think it is a given that the Panthers like him, so if anyone else does, it could improve his stock.  

1 month away--I am taking Friday (April 24) off work.  They'll understand.
