Dunno, one place i go to grinds their own beef and adds seasonings during the grind. They told me they use a mix of different cuts to get the right flavor, texture, and fat. Fkn delicious.

I avoid McD's at all costs... Used to avoid most fast food all together, except TacoBell, until the kids showed up. Some days its just easier to get them some nuggets & fries and cook for me & teh wife...

I can't help it, I love the Quarter Pounder with cheese. It's hard to get a really good one, but even the warmed over, hastily made ones are not that bad to me.

If it's fresh and hot, with the right amount of onions and not overloaded with ketchup, its beefy heaven.
