Of course we are not close to being done, we have a salary floor that is a requirement to be meet. :rolleyes:

Dang... Everyone be on NOTICE!!! The panthers are going to spend to the requirements of the new CBA... better watch out now!!!

The 30 million dollar signing bonus to CJ counts against the floor meaning we now have about 102 million in salary against the salary floor. Once we sign Williams and Kalil we will be over the floor and likely well on the way to a team salary closer to 170 million. The cap floor is really a non issue for us this year.
