Terrence McGee Cut

he's ok. he did well covering the slot guy (the biggest thing we need in a CB) when he first came into the league and he's done some of that recently and been decent.

i think he would be an upgrade. not sure if he would be the best that will become available nor do i think he would be better than that guy we are trying to get form the eagles (supposedly), but he's better than what we have right now.

Does this guy have any injury issues? I could only find this..

Bills CB Terrence McGee, who played in just nine games in 2010 because of a nerve problem in his knee, is feeling better as he prepares fro 2011. "As far as the nerve problem, it's gone away," McGee told The Sports Xchange . "I just need to get the strength back up in my leg and I'll be all right." McGee registered 18 tackles on the year in the limited playing time.

30 years old, 5'9'' and we'd have to bid for him..... could be better, could be worse i guess. don't mind a vet presence, but I'd prefer the 27-28 year old vet presence, instead of the soon-to-be 31 year old vet. Just my 2 pennies, that is probably worth less over on Mint Street....haha.

Hey Ray, being ok is a good thing right now.

    • Sellers is absolutely one to keep an eye on. Could be the next Cam or could be the next Anthony Richardson. Curious to see how he has progressed come this fall.
    • I think Texas could go 0-12 and he would still go #1 based on his name and traits like you say.  But nusselman and sellers may be actually better qbs.    Man if bryce stinks it up this season its looking like a damn good year to swap out qbs.  Sellers highlights are just fuging jaw dropping
    • I mean, the kid comes from a wealthy family. It's not like he needs the money. He has a ton of potential now we get to see what he can do as a starter. Everyone penciling him in as the #1 overall pick is putting the cart way before the horse. It's 5% because of his talent and what he's showing on the field and 95% because his last name is Manning. And if he is what he's hyped to be the Texas coaching staff needs to be answering some tough questions about why the kid wasn't on the field sooner. Ewers was a good college QB but he's definitely not a "keep a future #1 overall pick waiting" type of college QB. Only getting one season out of a top NFL talent because you chose to keep him buried behind a borderline NFL talent is just coaching negligence. Not starting him as a true freshman? Yeah, I get that. But on year two if the kids is what he's hyped to be you gotta wish Ewers well elsewhere and turn the page.
