When does the blame start landing on Rivera

The Panthers were ill-prepared and just looked lost today. We all can see Cam Newton is a gamer and a star QB. But after a bye week, with a team as mediocre as the Titans, the Panthers came out and looked like everyone thought they would at the beginning of the season.

When does the blame start landing on the coach? I wholly blame the coaching staff for this loss. The Titans looked ready to play, prepared with a gameplan to counter what the Panthers did. Nothing worked. Halftime adjustments, were there any? This looked like the 2010 Panthers. No improvement. I'm seriously dissapointed and wondering if Rivera is the right coach for this team.

Actually before now but more evident now. We have been losing games in part to being out coached and our SP teams coach needs to be fired. Chud is great at play calling in space but sucks in the Red Zone. Dermott (or however you spell it) I'm not impressed with but will give a pass b/c of crucial injuries and lack of DT pass rush. I blame RR. We are not calling the right plays at the right times.

Ron Rivera is not a good coach and I've yet to see a single shred of evidence to the contrary. Can someone point to a single coaching decision he's made that was a great one? One that won a game for us? I sure can't. All I see are dumb things he's done.

We're stuck with him though.

And do I dare mention that Fox and the Broncos managed to win yet again today despite The Golden Calf of Bristol only completing two passes?

Regardless, Fox wasn't winning here. And up top held onto him

Now they hired Rivera. Which I'm questioning myself

In all fairness, Rivera got some wack ass players on the field at the moment

The answer to your question is right fuging now.

I agree. Singletary and Frazier have had horrible first year or two. Its just a trend that will probably continue with our head coach.

You can't claim yourself a defensive minded coach with that crap, regardless of our injuries.

    • there is one common denominator in the 2003 & 2015 Carolina Panthers teams they both had ELITE top tier Qb play.  it would require a MVP type of season from Bryce Young to have the same type of success that Jake Delhomme had in  2003 & or Cam Newton in 2015 & lead this team to a SuperBowl is this going to happen or is there any reason to believe Bryce Young is capable of playing similar to Jake Delhomme in 2003 or Cam Newton in 2015 ? well no there is no absolutely NO reason whatsoever to believe that this is going to happen in 2026 ..just saying
    • I'd actually like to see Cherelus get a fair shot to win the job in camp. Wallace is decent in drop zone coverage, but he gets abused in the play action game and is often times out of position in the run game. It might just be me, but I swear every time I watch Wallace play, I see multiple plays a game were it looks like he's just trying to be blocked. Watching Cherelus last year he at least looked like he was trying to hit someone on every play. Wallace plays like a LB who doesn't trust what he sees and it makes him passive and cautious versus Cherelus who regardless of if his decision is right or wrong goes at it 100%.
    • Agreed.  Hasn’t happened to me either, but I feel very strongly about it.  That’s not just one of the worst things a woman could do to a man, it’s a power inherent to only women and is one of the worst things a HUMAN being can do to another.  A man can’t “hide” a pregnancy or maternity.  It’s impossible.  And that sucks for anyone that has to go through that. I always got a weird vibe off her and just found her very unlikeable.  Annoying even.  I’ve always been good at reading people and there was just something about her to me that was off-putting, somewhere under the surface.  And here we are…  she is despicable.
