Last year, it seemed DT or QB. This year, everyone is all over the place.

Statistically, we should be looking to improve our secondary. The thing is though, I think our coaching staff believes in the guys we have, Martin is kind of an interesting player though. It really sounds to me like hes on the chopping block, I think alot of people are going to be surprised when we bring in someone to replace him.

That being said I have us currently taking Devon Still with our first pick. I feel like we're one great player on our defensive line away from finally solidifying the front four.

For every "need" stated by a fan, there is a legit argument as to why it isn't a "need". I say this, imo, pass-rush, FS, and OG are he three that any counter argument against it being a need is kind of weak.

Only the coaches know what our "true" needs are and I don't really care who we draft as long as we get 2 legit starters and position upgrades out of this years draft!

Well, we have several positions that could use a little help. Our biggest need is between CB, DT, and depending on if Jeff Otah can stay healthy, RT. Alot of people have been saying WR is our biggest need but I wouldnt spend over a 5th round pick on one. Lafell looked great and many people are forgetting Gettis. He has all the skills to be a #1 reciever. Also, Smith still has atleast 4 years in him. I could see us drafting his replacement in the next 2 years though. I would have to say our biggest need is CB. Munnerlyn just doesnt have the size to start. I could see us take Dre Kirkpatrick in the first round.

I almost made that exact same post :) I like that mock well enough SBVG, just would rather have Brockers rather than Still. And Markelle Martin or Chase Minnifield rather than Spence, but wouldn't be upset with Spence.

I feel confident in this staff to do everything possible to find the best player available when it is our turn to draft, regardless of position. Defense is needed.

For me, it's DT. Brockers or Still, not sure which one yet. Leaning to Minnifield in the 2nd. Those would cover our 2 biggest needs.
