The only guy who backed up Kerry Collins for three years was Steve Beuerlein.

Dameyune Craig was on roster for three years and backed up Kerry Collins (for four games, not three years, before Collins' infamous "heart problem") but from what I can find, was never in Atlanta, only played for an Arena team in Indy, and obviously isn't Chris Leak's brother.
