Gross: "To be honest with you, I've kind of loved everything that's happened in New Orleans"

So I'm browsing the Saints* forum(to get a quick laugh) and they have this thread on where Gross said"To be honest with you, I've kind of loved everything that's happened in New Orleans (this offseason)". Oh, and they mad.

Here's the thread: http://saintsreport....fseason-231395/

Anyway, he said a few other interesting things on the team and where it's headed.

Gross: "I like where we are at in the division. I like these teams. But I wouldn't be surprised if we won the division." #PANTHERS

How can Panthers do it? Gross: "Score more points on offense, stay healthy on defense, and special teams needs to improve."

Gross on WRs: "That's a group that needs to respond. After Steve (Smith), who looks better than ever, some questions need to be answered."

I've had to refrain from looking at the Saints*** forum for the fact that I get so angry at their stupidity I just might smash my new iPhone 4s. And that just can't happen.

Fug the Taints

Saints** fans are classless, bottom-feeders, always have. Always will be.

the thread title reminds me about a time (before the Huddle lost all its information in some hacking incident a while back) and there was a discussion about why your proud to be a panthers fan and some posted something along the lines of,

"I'm the guy who drove down to Louisiana the year after Katrina where me and all my friends wore life jackets to the game"

It's a horrible thing....but damned if I didn't misinterpret that thread title :D

He is perhaps politically incorrect but being honest. After the way they admitted targeting Smitty and Newton and then ran up the yards and score last year so they could break some offensive records, I am sure that all the Panther players are secretly pleased with what has happened to the Saints*. That goes for a lot of fans also.

Payton is a cocky bastard who needed to be brought down a peg or two.

I have a feeling given the chance we will run the score up on them this time.

    • I think Bryce balls out again and the Panthers win in a close one.  Panthers will have a defender shadow CMC the whole game so I expect he'll be contained to under 100 yards.
    • yeah, Steve was basically like on any actual topic that approached his flaws/problems.....89 went with the long winded, try to sound like a wise man strategy of just basically just pleading the 5th (and sprinkling in the idea that others could of been wrong or wrong too).   also, in terms of the assaults and stuff like that....it feels like old 89, I feel has sort of forgotten his well-documented confessions and apologies about that aspect and era of his and was trying to re-write his story/image in hindsight.   And in all honesty, it seemed like a PR move on the twitter/cheating stuff also attempting to play himself as not the bad guy some think with the intentional vague suggestions. and the Pivot and all these athlete moves to basically take the reigns and power from traditional outlets exposes they have just as bad as flaws if not more often than the traditional media folks.  I mean I do like the free form long talk when dudes are telling stories but all this stuff is largely flawed and controlled PR often.
    • Sadly, I agree and I’m a huge Melo fan. Might be time to ship him out. Don’t want to make the same mistakes the Pels did. They should’ve gotten rid of Zion two years ago.
