So I am encountering more and more guys at the gym that admit to being on some kind of gear. I've legit come to the conclusion that there are three alternatives: strong and chunky, lean and weak, and... gear.

Is this the conclusion that everyone eventually must come to?

I usually get to hey that guy looks pretty big. But in reality im pretty weak. Sorry I don't fit your catagories :/

I'm on the last week of round 1 Insanity Max 30. I'm starting to not max out on workouts, which is awesome. Today is Sweat Intervals one of the tougher ones. I hope I can make it the full 30 with no breaks.

How long is this program?  30 minutes a day for 30 days?

I have about a month to go in my current training block, and looking to switch it up and get back into cardio for a short period afterwards.  Would Max30 fit the bill?

It's 60 days and incredibly tough cardio. Tougher than the original Insanity.

ok, so I work a 2 week swing shift. And when I'm on days I find it really terribly hard to workout on the days I work but feel like I should be doing something.

Does this workout require any equipment other then the video and yourself?? And do you think it will be fine to break from on the days I can actually get to the gym?

I'm going to be strength building for the next month and then am hitting hard core cardio for the next 3 heading to my 70.3 ironman.

Trying to head off the muscle loss that will come from the cardio by building now. I've lost a lot of wieght before but lost a lot of muscle when I did. Trying hard to avoid this time.

    • See that's the thing what I saw in game 2 was so embarrassing id rather they could just forfeit
    • Are you arguing that his height deficiencies and footwork within the pocket have not been a present issue clearly seen on his game tape particularly in the games he struggled in? Because that's simply denying what everyone in this fanbase who have watched the games have seen. It's interesting how hardline BY fans here quickly and effortlessly pivot from whailing about being victimized to becoming the aggressor and hurling out allegations of bias and hatred. And at the end of the day while Bryce Young clearly improved significantly from the first two games of the season the reality of the situation is he still finished 42nd in yards per pass attempt behind Mac Jones and tied with Caleb Williams and 38th in passing yards per game behind the likes of Gardner Minshew Aidan O'Connell Drake Maye and Will Levis. Furthermore it took Bryce Young 23 games to surpass Panthers legend Kyle Allen's 13 games worth of passing yardage in 2019. So if your argument is he became a head and shoulders better passer over the course of the second half of the season the reality is we're still waiting to see that growth this season. And there is nothing controversial or vitriolic about saying so from the mind of a rational observer.
    • Cam regularly threw for less than 200 yards and nobody questioned he was elite. He averaged 219 yds per game for his career.  You seem to be way too hung up on yards as a stat.  By that definition Jameis Winston should have been MVP by now.
