Black End Zones

I never understood the whole thing about black killing the grass.

If it's true, then why isn't it a problem on other parts of the field? Like on the 2 Panther logos at the 30's?

Perhaps they only need to somehow remove the black every couple of weeks, let the grass recover for a few days, then repaint it.

I bet a top-notch investigative reporter like Joe Person could get to the bottom of this mystery.

Is it just me or do our colors not match properly every since Nike took over? Look at the stadium seats color compared to the lettering on the field. It just doesn't look right in my eyes.

I ordered the panthers just do it t shirt off the team store site and it's black with what looked like blue writing but in person looks like jaguar colors. Very disappointing. But also ordered a different Nike shirt in blue and looks perfect. Not sure why the discrepency

What does the other side say?!?

:P

If I ran the team, the other end zone would read "Fug the _________" (insert name of the weeks opponent).

As long as we get in the end zones and keep others out, I'm good with whatever they put in there.

Which shirt had the right color? I'm looking to buy some panther gear from the online store and don't want that weird looking blue on it.

    • I don't really care as much about athleticism and arm strength.  While Murray might be better in that regard, I think Bryce has enough of both to do well in the NFL. The main reason this trade reference is silly is the money and the fact that Murray has been around a long while and hasn't proven that he can perform consistently when the game is on the line.  Bryce has shown that he can play well in the clutch (in the few opportunities he has had).
    • If Bryce can continue the level of play he showed after the benching, then there's a good shot we at least compete to win the division. Tampa is a solid team but even last year in our week division they went 10-7 and will be on their 4th OC in as many years. The Saints are a mess and are in a mist of a half rebuild half still trying to compete mode and will probably be starting a rookie QB. The Falcons are a wild card as they have a really good offense but are we really crowning Michael Penix as a franchise QB after just 3 games?  The only thing I want out of this season is for Bryce to come out and without a shadow of a doubt prove he's our franchise QB. If that happens then most of the fanbase would be happy and I believe we'd be in a good place record wise at the end of the season. Maybe falling just short of winning the division with a chance to sneak in as a wild card team.
