Chud does a poor job of utilizing our players

For insance, Kealoha Pilares has shown burst on screen passes, why have we not see more of those? Adams seems like a Percy Harvin type player that can be thrown in at RB sometimes, where is the creativity? We have nothing to lose at this point, so I see no reason for hesitation.
