I am starting to question the players also.

Why where they so excited for Rivera to come back but quiet when John Fox was on the hot seat. Nobody said anything for him. Is it possible they know they are getting paid and don't really care about winning?

That doesn't even make sense....if you actually applied the logic you are suggesting...that would mean the players would have been excited/vocal for Fox to come back (bc they would have been getting paid).

Step your troll game up. Nothing sadder than weak trolling

Good point OP. At my current job, they made management changes last year, me and the other employees didnt want the manager at the time to leave. Why? Not because we respected him but because we all knew how Lax he was.. Didnt enforce the dress code, let us use our cell phones and ipads, didnt care if we came in late, all the employees begged not to fire this manager.

My point is this, usually when employees want the current managers or in this case, HCs to stay, it more than likely means they know they can get away with a lot of crap with the current regime and know they wont be held accountable. You will see what I mean next season when we are sitting at 2-6 midway through the season.

Beautiful ! The exact point I was trying to hit on. Rivera doesn't put his foot down when he should.

    • well, players dictating things only works if you have the right collection of players to dictate things.  and in all honesty, not sure if we can answer if we do or don't as fans given......there are no Thomas Davis types around that we know are actually about X and Y (based on years showing it).  Collective team is too new to us to know what these dudes are really about in terms of players carrying the burden of culture.
    • Moore can be put in one of the vet spots on IR. No one will be checking for him at the start of the season. But I would be very perturbed if we tried to go all Gettlemagic and stash an obvious talent like Horn on practice squad like we did Butker. If we can get through this year, next year it will be obvious Moore and AT will be gone, starting namely with AT's contract.
    • Culture change comes from the top down, not from drafting a 3 and no D guard. I doubt Lamelo is gonna take his cues from this 20yr old kid lol. If Brandon Miller couldn’t change the culture with how good he is and how much he hustles on both ends, Kon Knueppel sure as hell ain’t changing it. Ace Bailey by all accounts is also a great teammate and hard worker, btw, who was drafted by a team he supposedly didn’t want to go to yet he immediately bought in. And he’s got actual length and tools on both ends of the floor. I feel this pick is going to age like milk rather quickly.
