Pats, Jets, and Giants coming to BofA....

If we ever get a consistently winning franchise, then the transplants would go away.

I don't think that will change things...

Time will. Once the born and raised Panther generations become the season ticket holders our stadium not be overrun....Most PSL owners grew up fans of other teams. We just need time to raise Panther fans.

Heck, I grew up with the Posse. I still have a soft spot in my heart for old school Skins.

New York: because something had to be the asshole of the planet.

Damn straight. NYer here i have 1st hand experience. I however feel that the state of NY itself is the underwear and the "inhabitants" are the assholes. Its a beautiful place, just filled with crime, cancerous welfare suckers and high taxes.

Giants game last year was sad. It really doesn't matter. BofA is unlike any other stadium in the world. Even the damned Seahawks had a lot of fans there last season. The Bengals owned our stadium in 2010. The Ravens? Had to be 30,000 of them.

SCP, winning fixes a lot of that...you have had your PSLs a few years, right, is there nothing better when the Panthers are winning and that makes most of the stadium Panthers fans....and those who aren't skulk out in silence.

The problem is in pro sports, no one is going to pay to see a team that can't bet a first down (you know the Jimmy Clausen era).

This team and fan base has been a serious funk since that God awful Cardinals playoff game....let them get on a roll and people will start to believe again.

Winning cures a lot of things.

It really is mind boggling. I can understand band wagon Steelers fans, but were the fug are all the seahawk/Ravens/Bengal fans from?

    • The good thing about replacing a bad player is you really have nothing to lose. If their replacement is bad so what, you didn't get much worse and probably saved money.
    • I came over from the old Panthers Insider site. When Fox Sports bought that platform it slowly just started dying plus the guy who ran that site was dealing with some pretty significant health issues so the whole thing just slowly fell apart. Quite a few of us migrated over here. Not sure how many are still around.  I miss that place. It struck a nice balance of having enough active posters to keep productive conversation flowing but didn't have so much traffic that you end up with a lot of trolling BS. This place is getting there though since we shutdown new registrations but at some point we're going to have to open it back up or we'll watch this place slowly die off too as posters fall off for one reason or another. We just have to figure out a way to filter out the spam bots. It was a never ending battle to ban the spam bots to keep then from overrunning the site. You'd think they'd be a little more strategic. I mean, if you fill a site with nothing but spam people are just going to stop coming so it's not a sustainable model. But nope, every one of them makes dozens of duplicate threads filling up pages upon pages as soon as their account goes live.
    • lol...I don't remember that.  Although recalling what I had for breakfast yesterday is sometimes a challenge.  Hope it was a positive thing.
