we don't have a cap problem. We have one of the best cap situations in the league, and we haven't

even used our amnesty yet.

We can afford a top post player, can afford to overpay him, and need to find someone who sees out potential

with likely the top pick this year, and the young core we have. We just need a rebounder and some post scoring.

For a player who wants to be paid and play on a team that has a chance to be a contender, a serious contender...well...it could happen.

Pekovic continues to impress, he had 20 and 10 tonights, averaging 16pts 9 reb a game. He is 290 lbs of pure muscles and uses it every play in boxing out and in his developed post game. The more I watch I am really wanting to make a run at him, I dont really thunk he is max money but if we can get that 8-11 mill range I am hoping we are active

You think kemba is getting it done? We are 11-40. Hes undersized, slow, not a great scorer or distributor. The team is going no where with him.

Yes I'm sure the team would improve immeasurably by replacing the team's best scorer and distributor (and the fastest player I might add) with the Thunder's 3rd string PG.

But seriously how did you come up with Eric Maynor? In a league brimming with young, talented PGs he is about as irrelevant as you get

No FA in 2013! I know this has been a pain but we need to suck one more year. Suck for 2014 draft! The only FA I would pickup is a good role guy similar to what we did with Sessions. It will make us more competitive but not win a ton more. Give me a veteran big to mentor Noel and Biz. I am now on the Noel bandwagon. I first wanted Shabazz or McClemore but there are tons of wings in the 2014 draft and we need to hold off for them

I can agree. 2014 Draft is too tempting for Cho not to wanna SUCK one more year for. That will be the best draft in a very very long time with superstar Franchise player(s).

Give me McLemore 2013 and Wiggins 2014 to build with Kemba and MKG!!!

      I agree with this and I think it's worth mentioning too that Bryce is not consistent on his placement and especially velocity and that in large part is driven by his footwork. We all know XL doesn't have the best hands and I don't know that he can overcome that. Cam always had the heater that just hit your hands and sank into your grip, where Bryce has some that are harder thrown, some soft. Bryce stepping into a pass looks so much different than that hop throw thing he does. I think XL really needs to hit the jugs machine and start learning how to catch all these different touch passes. TMac and Coker don't have these issues. If XL doesn't get some work in he's going to be out of the league in the next couple of years.

      I think most people like XL from a personal standpoint. I don't think he's stupid either. Although if we are being realistic he is lacking in football IQ at this point in time and it cannot be disputed that he has not taken working on his craft seriously at all times given the body of work on the field. It speaks for itself. I myself have defended him at times given the circumstances of our QB room. But he is now in his third year and 25 years old. We are not in a position as a franchise to go around babying anyone especially first round draft picks. He needs to take his position and his football career seriously or he is going to end up selling used cars somewhere. I hope he realizes this and takes an extended break from social media because that mess certainly isn't going to increase his net worth if he ends up out of the league. And these hanger on types will disappear quick too once that money dries up and it surely will eventually. We'll see how he responds.
