AND AFTER DWILL'S CONTRACT WASN'T WORKING OUT, WHAT DOES HURNEY DO? with Jonathan Stewart?

A.) Trade him for draft picks

B.) Sign him for a reasonable price.

C.) Re-sign him for an outrageous price, officially crippling our cap.

If you chose 'C' you were RIGHT!

"Tell'em what they've won Bob!"

You just won at least five years of cap hell!

They paid Alex Smith like a franchise QB. When they were able to unload him, that left a large portion of salary they could spend. They needed a WR, didn't feel like they wanted anybody from this class, and pulled the trigger for a minimal investment. These are things that Carolina cannot do. Not because we have "bad contracts", or "Hurney magic lol", but because the players we have signed long term are players we .... actually want. You know, like it should be.

We could trade DeAngelo for a pick today if we wanted to do it. His contract is not hamstringing us. The fact that we don't have better options on the roster is the reason that DeAngelo is still a Panther.

Oh look, another fan in denial of our incompetence in the FO.

Tolbert and Stewart aren't better options? My goodness, take off those rose colored glasses, you're talking as if Dwill is producing like an elite back, lmao.

gettleman better be up all night restructuring bitches

Gettleman is up in The Hampton's chilling and eating smoked Gouda. He's gonna let all the big fish go to the good teams and then we are gonna go shopping at Aldi.
