Depends on what you're into. In general, I would probably say Suite for free dry-humps and and Phoenix for electronic music. I've flown up to NYC to party at Pacha a couple times, and I have to say that I much prefer Phoenix. It might not get as crazy, but at least you're not stuck in a sardine can while putting up with a guido-fest.

We're going tonight. We have franzia to drink at our hotel and are just looking for a place to pick up chicks. Suite looks pretty nice; is it expensive?

Well if you tell the chicks you have franzia in your room the women will be climbing over each other to get into your room.

Suite isn't under 21 every day, only on Wednesday's.

Phoenix has college night tonight, so you can go there.

Any club is usually expensive, but since you can't drink, I guess it won't be that expensive.

Most Panther players hangout at Suite and Forum. I met Beason at forum. Nothing better than drunk Beason. If you go to Suite you might see Peppers there... He loves that place. I know doorman/security guard at suit... I always skip the line when I go... Feel like VIP.

It depends on what nights you are trying to go downtown. If they are under 21 and girls no problem. If they are guys you better be pretty convincing that they are DD

Suite, Whiskey, Mez, Howl at the Moon, Tilt, Ri Ra's are my favorite places downtown. Just depends on what night you go

There aren't many places in Charlotte for the under 21 crowd, especially on weekends. Some places have college night specials, but those are not on weekends. I think Bar Charlotte might be the only option on weekends, but I'm not under 21 so I don't really pay much attention to it.

PS: it's gonna be difficult to pick up chics if you're standing around drinking diet coke.

LOL..My friends and I had a rule. If we struck out everywhere else by 1:30ish we would make a bee-line straight to Bar where the odds increased dramatically.

Also downtown blows ever since the epicenter was built. Did any one use to go to cans? Always had a good time there.

Used to love Can's back in the day. (as in 6-8 years ago). The downtown scene got old for me after about 3-4 years of going at it hard(and yes this was before the epicentre).

We had like 10-12 spots we'd hit downtown that were all spread out, fun times but now at 29 I feel like I am old as hell when I go out, much prefer the local bar scene at this age.
