PSY has a new one out...

Fug him.

I'd like to meet the piece of poo personally and make him apologize to my face for rapping about killing Americans and American soldiers. Now that he's made a fortune from American morons who paid less attention to his politics and past than they did for his "music" I guess he feels comfortable (read: rich) enough to apologize publicly. Although I'm sure he did it through a publicist, not live or actually in person to anyone in particular.

Fug you, motherfugger.

Who the hell cares, yeah he was insensitive in making his point but he had a point to make.

This may help you to understand that everything in life is not a Fox News sound bite:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/worldviews/wp/2012/12/07/gangnam-nationalism-why-psys-anti-american-rap-shouldnt-surprise-you/

In essence, Psy was like a South Korean Tea Partier arguing against what a lot of people see as way too much American influence in their country. Many people there feel that because they are too cozy with the Americans, that reunification is that much more difficult. As the article states, this reached a peak for various reasons many years ago when his statement happened.

So if it helps you, think of Psy as their version of Ted Nugent, but with the ability to make people actually like his music and ignore his occasional dumb statements.

Love this video and expected to hate it after 5 seconds.

Oh yeah I still like to see Jane Fonda in Barbarella too

The thing is, everything is complicated when dealing with Asian culture and you have to look at the whole picture.

Thing is, I'm a social Democrat, don't watch Fox News and I voted for Obama.

Other thing is, I was in Viet Nam, served this country for 20 years and I couldn't care less about Jane Fonda or the Amazing Race. And the South Korean government want us there, it's not like we don't have anything else to do.

So, not, it's not some "complicated Asian culture" as you'd prefer to call it. I've been to Korea, Japan, China and a gazillion other places over there. It's stupid, ignorant comments, that although you think they may be rather harmless, I'd like to see what happened to another idiot making comments like that on a NY subway... not thinking they're so easily dismissed as just stupid.

If you read the link I posted you can see what the deal was. Reminds me of Okinawa. The government can want us there, most people may want us there, but that does not mean that a healthy vocal opposition is not a bad idea when you are allowing so much foreign firepower into your country.

And I am SURE that Americans right here at home have said worse.

    • Oh for those tired of the Mannings I have bad news, Peytons son Marshal already has college teams after him and he isn't even in HS until this fall...   I'd wager we have two Mannings in the NFL in 2030
    • Push em to the brink!!! Shut em down Freddie!
    • I tend to look at all of these guys and wonder how committed they are to doing special teams? It's a big deal when you're fighting for roster spots. And we need massive refreshes to all phases of the special teams game. And the idea that four or five of these players could see rotational use outside of special teams would be a win. This team has accumulated quite a bit of dead wood over the last five years and its time to take an axe to some of it. These new fellows have a shot to benefit from that if they can really push. That being said, wow that receivers room is crowded right now. I'm not sure if I was a vet player with more than 2 years experience other than Adam Thielen if I'd be too sure of my future here. Tet is guaranteed a spot, Coker earned his for sure and they aren't done with XL developing yet. That's only two to three spots left for the entire room. It's going to be very competitive and better for Bryce's future, too. Safety and linebacker are the opportunity spots here this season. There's room for the right guy and we may see a starter eventually from one of these UDFAs, either by merit or injury.
