Meanwhile, New York attorney David Jaroslawicz told ESPN's Ed Werder that he represents Alexander S. Bradley, the man who claims he was shot by Hernandez after the two argued upon leaving a Miami nightclub in February.

Jaroslawicz said Wednesday that he filed a personal-injury lawsuit on behalf of his client, but that the suit was withdrawn because of an inaccuracy. A corrected version was to be refiled in Florida federal court later Wednesday, Jaroslawicz said.

Jaroslawicz said his client has been a friend of Hernandez for several years. The lawyer said Bradley spent several weeks being treated at a hospital and has endured several operations with even more necessary to repair damage from the gunshot wound.

The original lawsuit, Jaroslawicz said, alleged that Hernandez shot Bradley in the face. The refiling contends that Bradley was shot in the arm, but the bullet traveled into his head and caused damage there, including the loss of his right eye. According to the suit, the two had an argument in a strip club and later, in the car, Hernandez pointed a gun at Bradley. The gun went off and Bradley was hit.

A police report from the Palm Beach County Sheriff describes a shooting incident involving a man named Bradley on Feb. 13. The sheriff's office deemed the case inactive because Bradley refused to cooperate. Hernandez was not named in the report.

Sounds like hernandez is up shite creek.

A law enforcement official tells FOX 25 Hernandez appears to be directly tied to the homicide which is why authorities executed a search warrant at his home Tuesday night. According to the same source, Hernandez, Lloyd, and two other men were at a bar in Boston the night of the homicide, and at some point, the four men left together in a car driven by Hernandez which was confirmed by a text Lloyd sent another friend, the source says.

It is unclear where the car went or what happened during the ride, but according to the source only three men returned to Hernandez's home at the end of the night and Lloyd was not one of them.

Uh yea I'm no homicide detective but I have watched a lot of "The First 48"....this does not look good at all.

All I'm saying is look at the facts:

This conveniently gets announced after the murder probe news breaks. It's a civil suit, why didn't the guy have criminal charges pressed?

It occurred in a state where gunshot wounds to the face in a hospital immediately trigger a police investigation. Why were the police not initially involved when the alleged incident occurred?

He waits a month and apparently it's a paperwork issue? Right.

Lastly, the guy is quoted as saying

I am one, and if I was going to bet on it, Aaron is about to be arrested for murder. I always tell people," If you weren't involved then why didn't you immediately call 911? Does not really take a magic bullet for this to make sense.

 

They were sitting in the car....hernandez pointed the gun at the guy....the guy raises his arm to try and block the gun (arm is head high)......bullet goes into his arm and then into his face.
