I think this show is going to ruin The Walking Dead for me.  I'm going to be so jaded when I watch that show now.

What I love is that Vince Gilligan is making sure all loose ends are tied up.  I NEVER EVER suspected that Walt would find a way to turn it all on Hank.  Walt went through every connection Hank had on Walt and turned it right around on him.  And if you think about it, from an outside who hasn't been watching the whole thing go down, Walt's story is completely believe. That's what's so sick about it. 

 

And that hug was so sick and awkward. Walt can fake just about anything now with zero real emotion.  No doubt in my mind that Bryan Cranston deserves a final emmy for this show, and I don't think its even close.  And that final scene almost drove me up the wall. So intense.

Oh yeah a story about a DEA agent with knowledge of the industry building a meth empire/taking out competition is way more believable than a guy who has no criminal record, was a high school teacher, and has cancer all of a sudden turning into a drug kingpin.  No one that knows Walt outside of this would even say they'd ever expect him to be like that.  Best thing was how they had his kids for a few months and the money to payoff hospital bills.  Perfect.

 

Also Marie only wants the baby, let's get real here, she's all about that.

 

Hank has no play really, except to let it be and move on, since Walt is out of the game.

What a great freakin' show, and this last episode was as good as TV gets.

 

For all the trash people talk about the trash on TV (and there is a lot of crappy reality junk out there), AMC is nailing it like a teenager on prom night.

I LOVE the direction of this series.

I think it has some paralleles with Dexter, and I have tried to compare to two.

For instance, I couldn't wait to see Debs reaction to learning about dexter and comparing it to Hanks reaction when he learned about Walt.

Dexter was apologetic, and deb was willing to forgive him to an extent and try to help him recover and change.

Hank punched Walt in the face, Walt has the balls and is such a bad man he says "tread lightly".

I think the biggest difference between the two shows is that those running Dexter wanted to make sure that the audience never hated Dexter.  Those running Breaking Bad clearly have no such worries, and the show is better for it.

Seriously, all I hear about is how the writters are trying to make the viewers hate Walt....but I seriously hate everyone who tries to stop him.
