Notice how Cam was the first one to stand up when Rivera announced the kid as head coach for a day. Cam is the man, and you can genuinely tell he has an affinity for kids.

It was also funny when Rivera said that the child's make a wish was to be head coach of the Panthers and the whole team laughed. Haha
