Smacking on food or crunching on ice or something bugs the chit out of me.

Yeah. If I can hear you eating, I want to punch you in the face. Even if you're eating quietly - if the background noise is low enough that the only thing I can hear is you eating....I want to stab you in the throat.

Loud sloppy eaters get to me, but I've learned to deal with it.... except when they're eating spaghetti.

I don't know what it is - people with loud nasal voices love to talk, and people with no table manners love to eat spaghetti. Why is it necessary to fuging slurp spaghetti and fling your sauce all over the place?

If I can hear someone chewing/swallowing their food it drives me insane.

Other than that its sounds that go on longer than necessary. For example the guys in the parking lot with the weed whackers and blowers.  I dont mind them as long as they are doing work.  Tend to an area and move on.  When the dude has been outside of my window for 10 minutes... I want to shove it up his ass.

Alarm clocks piss me off.

The generic kind...like during the opening credits of The Tick cartoon.

My wife loves to listen to music. I like it quiet. She likes to fill the void with music. I think it is distracting when I am deep in thought.

I do.  Pretty bad too.

Guy behind me at work will hum/sing with his headphones on, I about flip out.  Or he'll laugh at something, that also drives me crazy.  Loud eaters, pets licking sounds, people talking very loudly, certain sounds a car will make (just those rattles that cars get sometimes), etc.  All of these about make my head explode.   High pitch noises from like computer monitors or lights that most people can't hear, fill up my head and drive me nuts.

    • It’s wild to me that so many of you guys are threatened by the idea of an opposing team fan who is polite in 2025. He’s been posting here on and off for years, usually when our teams play each other which hasn’t been for a while. I’d maybe understand this treatment if it was a falcons or saints fan, but packers fans in general are one of the nicer fan bases as long as you aren’t another NFC north team (especially the bears).
    • Some players excel on the big stage, while others freeze and succumb to the pressure. I’m not convinced Cam took a dive. I think he didn’t handle the stage very well. The pressure got to him and he folded. He wouldn’t be the first quarterback or player to struggle in a Super Bowl. Two HOF examples - John Elway and Jim Kelly. The 2002 MVP, Rich Gannon, threw 5 interceptions against the Bucs. Poor performances happen.  Unless of course you believe all these players threw the games they played in, but if that occurred, surely someone by now would have admitted taking a dive? 🤷‍♂️
    • It was always a matter of time with Cam’s playing style and a shorter shelf life than passers that protect themselves. I suppose Cam could have still been playing in 2028 ten years after the hit took place, but he would need to have evolved as a quarterback and become more of a passer than the dual threat maestro he was. It’s sad because it makes us think of what could have been, but I do feel it was always a matter of time until all the hits took their toll.
