This could have gone under the What Bills Fans are Saying but due to the OP's quality I wanted to give it it's own thread.

It's complete with screenshots and Panther praise. Also, for the most part, I think it's right on the money. As per the norm some of the comments are stupid, exhibit A: Great post! I'm still confident our defense will confuse Newton more than theirs.

Anyway, despite a successful registration I can't reply over there.

i saw that. and i registered as well.....two days ago. the other bills forum has registration disabled.

 

but i thought that post made some good points.

I was impressed by EJ Manuel against the Pats.

I think he has a chance to be a good one. Very poised and makes good decisions . His legs may not be as good as Cam or RG3, but he can scramble and hurt you.

Was mostly accurate.

Their defense is similar to ours, good front 4. I think we have better personnel in our front 7 but they do more than hold their own.

Key for us will be stopping the run and putting them in passing situations, then getting to the QB in a hurry.

I think this is going to be a close game. Very similar teams.

They probably have better coaching but we have better personnel.

i know this isn't a completely accurate comparison because i know they are different styles of offense and QBs, but i see the bills managing manuel the same way rg3 was managed. it's just happening with less time between snaps.

 

i think we handle him the same way we did epsn's idol.

Also will just throw out that they had 14 possessions and only 14 points and only 268 yards on offense, one of the TDs those came after a turnover late in the first half in Pats territory.

So they weren't shredding the defense either. Stopping the run game and winning first down will be the key IMO

      We put a ton of high draft capital into young WRs over the past few years. We drafted a WR in top 2 rounds of the draft in 4 out of the past 5 years. At some point, we need to rely on the dudes we drafted vs relying on veteran role players. That's the only way we're going to evolve as a team and take the next step to going back to winning again.  Remember when Cam lost KB and everyone thought it was the end of the universe? And 2015 happened.  Maybe losing Theilen and Coker will open some opportunities for some other guys to step up.

      So apparently in the time between the end of the last football season, and now, a TON of streaming sites have been taken down. From what I remember most of these idiotic offiicial streaming services that offer NFL games don't ever offer ALL of the games. I remember subscribing to one service on youtube last season that cost hundreds of dollars and it would still constantly tell me games were either blacked out or unavailable, which is totally ridiculous. Is there any one service that I can watch ALL of the games on?? It gets on my everlasting nerves already that there's so many different streaming sites and they are all expensive as hell. I don't want to take out an entire additional car payment to subscribe to 4 different streaming services to watch all the games. Is there just ONE I can subscribe to? The most comprehensive thing I have access to now is Sirius XM. It's only 10 ish bucks a month and I can listen to the home or away broadcasts of any game. Only thing is I can't WATCH the games but this seriously comes in handy if I'm out doing something, driving, or can't stay still at the moment to watch the games. But usually I'm off on Sundays, so I mostly want to watch them.
