are you talking about that nfl insider speculation and dot connecting article that roskinski tweeted about that said fewell is the most likely candidate?

 

because it's nothing more than speculation and dot connecting at this point. it's espn...you should know better, regardless of whether people are dumb enough to pay money for that "insider" info.

 

he might be considered, in fact i think it's probably likely, but i have to believe that the guy who is responsible for the defense that hasn't allowed less than 31 points in a game and gave up 38 to mike shula's offense wouldn't be picked.

 

but...if he is...yeah, i wouldn't blame you for taking off.

Definitely a possibility but hiring another defensive coach when the defense is already pretty strong?  Seems like overkill.  Just something the Panthers would do so I'm going to go with YES.  Let's all welcome Perry Fewell as our next HC.

      Btw... only Mitch fugging Marner has a better +/- than Key 🔑!!! And, Mitchy needed 5 more games and almost 100 more shifts to get there.

      I was honestly flabbergasted to see Rod send out Stanky and the boys to to matchup against their top line to start the game. The reason that line has been so effective is because they've been matched mostly against 2nd and 3rd lines all year. You've got last change. Use it to your advantage.

      Nobody played well on defense last night. But, the vitriol towards Chatfield (and to a lesser extent, K'andre) is bigly misplaced. People (not just you) just refuse to accept how bad Slavin has been this season. And, I get it. Canes fans (and informed analysts) have spent nearly a decade trying to explain to casuals just how good Jaccccob is at hockey. 4Nations happened and the hockey watching public started to listen. National media even started floating the idea of creating a new award in his honor. Then this season, he gets hurt. It happens. NBD. But, when he finally came back, it wasn't the same. He'll get back to his old self in no time. Probably just some rust, it'll be fine. Only, it wasnt rust, and he's not fine. He's bad right now. It wasnt just last night. Although, that was absolutely the worst game of his NHL career. Slavin (-4) currently has the 3rd worst +/- of anyone left in the playoffs. We've  been begging the world to recognize Jaccob Slavin's greatness. And, by the time we finally got people to listen, he shits the bed! I blame Kash!
