Umm, sorry, but sack numbers DO matter, because they are a byproduct of CONSISTENT pressure. McDermott hasn't starting bringing linebacker blitzes of late because he's happy with four man pressure, it's because teams are gameplanning hard against our front four and our secondary still needs to be protected.

The guy isn't wrong. Buf, Minn, and now it appears SL have all limited our front four's pass rushing. All three have talented duo of tackles but you would like to think Johnson and Hardy would create more production.

This game and the Vikings game we gave Bradford and Cassell way too much time in the pocket. Yes we can still get a sack here and there but this pass rush as of late is far from what we saw against the Giants and Bills. Not only are we not getting sacks, but it also seems like we cant push the pocket and we are giving QBs time and space to step into their throws.

Their line has two of the top tackles in the league. I don't follow your concern. Even with those top tackles the Panthers still had 4 sacks. Additionally Bradford gets rid of the ball quickly.
