I agree with everything you just said.

 

With that being said though... how does a guy like Josh Gordon become available and you don't make a move? All off-the-field issues aside, the guy is a freakish athlete. Has even been able to showcase some of that and have success even with the god awful qb situation and horrible rushing attack he's been paired with. He is still under a rookie contract and is a potential 5+ year WR #1 starter.

 

All I'm saying is that I hope they seriously considered it. If that's the case I'm satisfied.

 

King might have a bright future as well under the right circumstances. A true WR1 with Cam moving the ball efficiently and with Ginn and King's speed could be scary.

 

I am guessing they want a lot for him.  It is a teaser though, I agree.
