Cheap shot on CJ

Within all the media crying about that last call. Not a whisper has been mentioned about the shot on CJ. After the shot on the Vikings player awhile back, NFL acted like they going to emphasize on those leg whips.

Our D for the most part completely shut them down first half (minus the 40 yrd fg at the end of the half)

Once the 2nd half started I noticed quite a few "dirty blows" towards our front line. Absolutely distugusting they let it go on until CJ got hurt.

I really hope that POS gets a nice little fine from the NFL this week. See if the media brushes that under.

CJ doesn't miss most of the 2nd half, it looked like it could be a blowout and that "missed call" would have been completely irrelevant.

I hate seeing people get injured, but really wouldn't care if there boy Brady messed up his knee.

#61 for patriots is dirty. He intentionally tried to take me out last yr preseason as well. Thats uncalled for. A leg whip though. Come on!!

As I pointed out in another thread, this is the real "non call" of the game. It was a blatant cheap shot that almost resulted in a serious injury for the panthers. Disgusting.

Had it been on their end for ex.

Say Brady lit us up first half, then we come out throwing a couple illegal shots at his knee leading to him being knocked out of game. Then they beat us same way. There wouldn't be a blurb about that last call. Just "it wouldn't matter if they didn't I intentionally try to knock out Brady".

ESPN can suck one, they are lucky they even got a close game. It looked like it was going to be a wide margin lead for Carolina. And potentially injuring Brady more (left hand).

According to Albert Breer of the NFL Network, Johnson said after the game that Cannon sought him out on the field at the conclusion of the game to apologize for the play. Breer also reported the injury was a mild MCL sprain.

He came back in and played and still made an impact.  Fuggin champion. Peppers ass wouldn't do that
