I don't think it's a major tear like an ACL considering he came back into the game, but he might have a minor tear in a lesser ligament like the PCL, LCL, or even the new ligament that was just discovered, the ALL.  (more info on that here: http://www.nbcnews.com/health/new-ligament-found-human-knee-8C11551563).  

 

Hoping it was just a sprain though.  He can't be replaced on that defense.

I saw the trainer mouth MCL. Hopefully its a sprain only and he will be ready to go for the Saints
