Was thinking he might have tripped on a used towel along the sidelines, or got his feet tangled in the sideline chains, or tripped over the bench...

"According to Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports, the Browns are putting wide receiver Armanti Edwards on season-ending injured reserve because of an ankle injury suffered Sunday."

I should clarify, i hate that for Armanti and wish to see him well, but I don't care about the pointless bashing that is about follow about something that happened in the past that has no affect on our 7-3 record right now.

Not only does he play for the Browns now, but he plays in a different conference altogether. Move to NFL Football Central?

Oh, stop.

There are countless threads here featuring former Panthers, current Panthers, guys not now or ever on the team who were trade possibilities, possible draftees... the list goes on....

Lighten up.

I'm plenty light when there is something funny to laugh about. Nothing you've ever posted has ever been that despite your consistent attempts.

Regardless of how things turned out here in Carolina, I wish him the best.

HOWEVER, I hate to see anyone go on IR. These guys go and put 110% everyday to make it in the NFL and get their dreams crushed. Not only emotionally, but these guys suffer during PT and lose money.

    • Assuming Mann is back I’d go ahead and move Green and the first rounder from PHX for a starting center. I prefer Okogie to Green anyway.
    • Been here since the Coliseum days. Hornets were the first pro team I ever rooted for. If they're ever going to get out of the gutter they have to establish a culture. They are trying to do that. I have no idea if it will be successful but it's a start.
    • I don’t think I'd go that far but there is definitely legitimate reason to ask how much he actually values winning and being great as a basketball player. He is very easily distracted with off the court stuff. This has been a public criticism of people like LeBron James with some of the newer generations of "stars". And it is 1000% valid and needed to be said. All I can say is I hope this is the year. If it is it will be apparent fairly early on. But I get the sense if the same themes continue as the upcoming season progresses the FO could look to move him before the trade deadline. It would suck for a multitude of reasons and I don't want to see it happen but if it did it would be on LaMelo and LaMelo alone because they've given him the keys and are finally putting pieces around him. If he wants to be a great basketball player and win he will be here and do what is necessary for the team to be successful. If not well....
