As happy as I was to photograph the Dolphins Cheerleaders...

The Dolphins photographers were even more excited about shooting Cam. These guys quietly make a living taking images that matter and it says something when they are pumped up about any certain player.

Carolina = Lucky to have Cammy Cam

Anyone remember when Peyton came to BoA in 2007?  The camera crews came out en masse.  It was ridiculous; the cameramen formed a contiguous ring around the field.  I thought, "man, it would be nice to have a team and QB that can garner this kind of attention."  Well, now we do.  Now we do.

serious question: Zod how do you get access to shoot these games? Like how did you get your start? Just curious- or is this one of those "a magician never reveals his secret" type deals?

Couldn't be more vague, yet be totally honest? I always wanted to be a sports writer/photographer but looking at the journalism end of the spectrum today, it's not near as glamorous as one could hope. More like paparazzi and "stories" for the sake of stories.

It's sad that people who do real journalism and report facts that can be proven through the use of objective statistics are swept under the rug in favor of sports versions of TMZ.

    • I think where they would be picked if redrafted before both classes have played enough football to really tell.  Baker literally looked like a washout with us after Cleveland gave up on him, then turned world beater with the Rams, got a prove it deal with the Bucs and has looked awesome ever since. Asking where Ward would’ve went had he went in ‘24 is just stupid.  I’m no GM, but I wouldn’t have taken Williams #1 either.  I would’ve taken Joe Milton way higher than he went.  I think Shadeur should’ve been a first round pick this year.  Point being, opinions are like buttholes, everybody has one.  It’s my opinion that Ward has that “something special.”  I get that feeling that he’ll be an even better pro than he was a collegiate QB because of whatever that quality is.  I think he’s gonna surprise a lot of people, especially being such an under appreciated first overall pick.
    • Where do we get our T-shirts and hats? Pretty sure this is the first championship ever in professional basketball or football in Charlotte!
    • Nice turnaround for Kon.  I’m still a little worried about his ability to create for himself and others, but it was SL.  Come regular season, he will playing a much different role and shots will be there for him.  He showed some reason for hope - and not just him, but the whole squad.  I suppose for the first time ever, we have drafted and acquired enough young talent that we actually not only competed for once, but won the whole thing in summer league.     Kon, Simpson, and Sims made all the difference.  Almost every year prior I felt we always struggled because we usually didn’t have a floor general/real PG to get us into offense.  This was such a breath of fresh air.  And look at us!  We finally are champions!😂
