exactly, everyone wanted Rivera to go for it in the room I was watching. Not trying to sound like a know it all but I explained that if we didnt get the first down the game would be over and the way our D was playing you let them go out there and make a stop.

Rivera made the 100% right call to punt.

In a fair world Ron would be coach of the year and Cam would be MVP of the league. But this is a fantasy driven league where overcoming tough odds doesn't matter.

I was extremely upset that we did not go for it on fourth down. We were very lucky that the saints did not attempt a pass on their last third down

I mean, it truly is amazing how we have arrived at this point. He was a week away from being fired. 99% of the time when a coach, franchise, and fan base reach that point, it doesn't get turned around... in most cases it gets worse.

Looking forward at the time of the Buffalo loss, there is no way anyone outside of that locker room foresaw us being here.

I am not going to lie, after Buffalo, I had seen enough of Ron and his terrible game time decisions. 

Ron hadn't changed, he was the same guy I had watched for two years, making bad decisions, being too conservative and not believing in his players.

As far as I was concerned, the end of the season couldn't get here fast enough so Ron could get the axe he so richly deserved. 
 
I am now happy to say; I couldn't have been more wrong about the guy.

Hope he gets coach of the year, he deserves it.
