Last time I tried, Ticketmaster blocked the Purchase Tickets link entirely.  The web can do that, geolocate off your IP address or other methods.

Do they mail tickets to PSL owners or do we print them out?

 

We've always gotten them mailed to us in the past - might be different now that we have the pay as you play option because before we'd have to buy either one or 2 games in advance (depending on remote chances of having a game) and they'd both be mailed to us at the same time (if we had 2).  Over the years, I've gotten quite a few playoff tickets that never had to be used.  And the ticket typically says Conference Championship, Wildcard Weekend, etc instead of having a date and time because they wouldn't be set yet.
