As soon as we came out in the second half with 2 runs up the gut with Deangelo I knew the game was over.

I'm impressed with Cam's progress this season. He has improved as a quarterback. I know he has made mistakes in this game, but he's not working with the types of players and receivers he should be. The 49ers have given Kaepernick a better chance to succeed than the Panthers have for Cam

I knew the lack of offense would eventually cost this team. No real consistent threat at receiver, average at best offensive line, inconsistent, lack of creativity off. coordinator, inconsistency at QB position at times. Aging RB"s. You can't expect your defense to win you every game. Once in a while you need an offense. I think we know what needs fixing this off season.

It is embarrassing how badly this team fell apart in this game.  It was a total collapse by everyone involved.

 

Bad officiating early can be very demoralizing, impacting the rest of the game.  A more experienced team might play through it.
