Disagree. He did great this year, obviously it had disappointing ending but 31 other teams are going to have disappointing endings too. We are going to be good for a long time.

He sucks but at least he has given us a good defense.  Hes worth keeping around just for that.  We do need to find somebody who can reinvigorate our offense.  This predictable play calling when we have a bunch of mediocre players doesn't cut it in the playoffs.  We need new players and/or a new OC because we are nowhere near good enough on offense to ever contend for a title.

Dude OP Look at the bullsht we have out there for an offensive line and tell me Rivera should be on the hot seat. Besides Steve we have no one that shows up at WR.

 

Cam and Rivera are the teams MVP. I think he did a hell of a job with a team that virtually no one but us believed in. We will know the true power(muhahaha) of the Carolina Panthers when Rivera and DG can draft offensive weapons the way they did the defense. We are not far off at all. SF should have had their ass beat today by an overachieving team.  Imagine what we can do next year.
