I'm not convinced he can't get a good showing from this offense yet. I say give him one more year, with the draft targets being OL/WR/TE and see what he can do with serious talent in those spots.

 

 

If we get a legit #1 up and coming WR, if we can finally get a replacement for Shockey, if we can get an OT that doesn't look to be on rollerskates and he still shits the bed? Yeah, fire his ass then. Until such time, though, it's too easy to call that firing a knee-jerk reaction.

Its RR blame for the offense cause he's the HC. If he want a better offense he needs to make better decisions offseason time. Get rid of Shula, get back to his original style of offense and draft offense

Think about this. How slow our offense operates, we almost always get the play off with half a second left on the play clock. We run the wild cat all year, which everyone assumed was to set up some trick play later in the year, it didn't. The games where Tolbert wasn't utilized. Games where we never see a screen or slant. It makes no sense.

He was on a 1 year contract anyway.....no reason to bring him back...failed interview season so to speak....look at see if anyone else ANYWHERE wants him.....that'll tell you all you need to know.

3 OCs in 4 years for Cam? For consistency sake, keep Shula. I'm sure he can learn a lot more this off season. Everybody need more than one off season to learn things. Rivera did.
