Chances we keep Shula?

I dont know about Shula but the O line coach should get a commendation for cobbling together a line that for the most part worked with all the injuries we had.

Go ask any loyal Buc fan what they think of Shula, and how tickled they are he is here.  If his last name was Jones or Smith, he'd be coaching in Pop Warner somewhere.

Having the least number of offensive drives in the NFL impacts total yardage stats.  Cam improved this year.

he certainly deserves another opportunity with maybe some better weapons and formidable line.  outside of Cam, Steve, Tolbert, Kalil, Gross and Olsen, our offense was a crack team at best.  He knew how to utilize Ginn which however many coordinators he had in the past didnt know how to do.

It's the duty of all loyal Huddlers to send Shula's resume to every GM and College AD out there with a hearty recommendation.  Someone, somewhere has to bite?

not saying at all there isnt room for improvements, would love to see a little more no-huddle but i believe the gameplans were to keep the defense off the field for as much as possible

Our O line sucks, Wrs suck.  I'd be willing to give Shula another shot.

 

Not that I would be upset if we got a legit O coordinator.  That would be even better

Gettleman knows football as well as anyone.  We all thought Rivera would be fired when Gettleman said he gave him the players to succeed.

Rivera proved he can coach a team by changing course during the season and winning.  Shula made some bad play calls  and did not go to Cam's strenghts.  Gettleman did not bring in his own coaching staff this year, but I think he might make a few changes if he knows someone that can Improve our play calling and make Cam a better player.

I'lll say he played to our strengths. He called plays based on available personnel. Get him better players & give him a year. I don't wanna start over now. Don't want them to have to memorize another play book. Throw some more packages in, but not a total overhaul. I dnt think it's a good idea. JMO.

98% unless Riverboat takes over. Really would be hard to knocked the guy because the team did so well. Still if I were Rivera I would at least entertain the idea of a better OC.
