keep it on topic. more crap like that and you get a time out.

My bad, bro.

Stupid idea. Incredibly stupid idea. Richie is a fuging lunatic who has a long history of incredibly stupid decision making. He is also an average player at best. Silatolu will be back next season & is a much better player. Wharton or another vet can fill in at the other guard position without the baggage. Not to mention the media circus that will follow that cancer wherever he lands.

Suspended from Nebraska

Charged with 3 counts of assaults

Get's in another fight

Dismissed

Goes to Oregon

Made it a whole week before being dismissed

Molested a woman at a golf course

Harassed Miami staff members

i don't care how good he is (which ain't much), you don't want that steaming pile of poo anywhere near your lockerroom. i'd feel pretty good in saying the rest of the team wouldn't want that here, either.

and he wouldn't help much, if at all.

possible but he is the epitome of a meathead.

can yall imagine gross and kalil seeing this guy walk through the door?

i think people see these new texts come out and immediately think richie is exonerated for all his past incidents. he is not a good guy. poo he's not even just an ok guy.

He's a decent enough guard, but whether the team would want the drama and potential drama that comes with it is debatable.

Personally I'd rather us look to the draft, bring back Wharton, see how Silatolu does coming back off injury, or see what else there is in free agency.

    • This And with possibly needing to replace Bryce next year and a deep QB class, I do not hate the idea of moving far enough back to pick up another 1st rounder next year out of the deal. I wouldn't have said that a week ago, but I also never expected us to land 3 big FA's at our 3 biggest positions of need like we have, it totally changes things.
    • The OL has certainly been better than the trainwreck it was three or four years ago. As far as competitiveness let's apply some realism and clarity here. Quite a bit of the competitiveness in 2025 came from the defensive side of the ball which gave up the most points in league history the year before and was one of the bottom 5 units in terms of salary cap allocation for 2025 while the OL was top 3. We had the 26th passing offense last year. And if not for a herculean couple of games from Rico Dowdle we don't back our way into the division title or make the playoffs because we went 4-6 in our final ten games including being swept by the Saints who were starting a rookie 2nd round pick most of us mercilessly mocked when they selected him. In conclusion yes we've seen a difference. The question now is will the investment pay off the way we want. But the only way that happens is if we field a top 15 offense. If we can't even crack the top 20 then there need to be some very warm seats across the board. And I would hope just about anyone here should agree with that.
    • These Spurs are lowkey loaded.  If healthy, they could win it all this year (#2 in the West right now). I still think we’ve gotta keep Kalk on Wemby; he’s not getting completely dominated like every other NBA center.
