Its only March 17th! We have the draft! We will have other teams cutting players after the Draft! We still have an awesome D! We will be fine! And we will be even better when G-Man fixes this mess!

 

Of course all that is possible, and it's early, but we were one of the worst passing teams in the league last year and had a lack of offense which really hurt us.  Not only will we maybe be dead last, we also have no one to draw double teams now.  I'm still holding judgement but it's starting to look more grim by the day.

I still trust him but, we're going to go into the season with possibly the worst WR core in the history of the NFL.

But..,but.... Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!! Mommy, mommy, the big man hurrrded me!!

Just messin', but seriously, how can you say that when you don't know who we are gonna draft and you've never seen the WRs that are already on our roster perform on game day.

Total conjecture.

Everyone can say what you they about King and McNutt, but Dave has had the ability to not just watch these guys on film, but have them in the building, practicing.

He is a good talent evaluator, and I'm pretty sure he has a very good understanding of these players because they have been tested and tried in full pad practice by our own staff.

Not saying for sure they are the answers or that Gettleman won't bring in more known players down the line, but these guys or at least one of these guys could end up being very good. A gem under our nose.

I don't know about very good, but they probably can replace the raw number production of Lafell or Ginn.

But Ginn added an element to our offense that was pretty nice to have that wasn't really reflected in his numbers with the way he could blow the top off a D.  Still, Arizona paid more than I would have.  And we may find that kinda guy again.

 

Remember, going into last season, few people really expected Ginn to produce the way he did.

Getting in good cap standing is part of the plan

To let Cam's talent around himg get worse and worse each season of his career.....seems like a receipe to be the opposite of relevant

 

This.  We've seen how Cam reacts to losing.  It ain't pretty.  Cam is saying all the right things right now about wanting to stay in Carolina, etc. But what happens if we go 5-11 or something like that?  That tune may change real quick.
