Not a bad signing if it comes to fruition. Back to back ACL tears made him miss 2 of the past 3 seasons, but he was becoming an elite CB prior to that. If anyone would know it's Getts and Davis.

Sidenote, I'm intrigued why Samuel hasn't been brought in yet with his familiarity in zone schemes and our DC.
