Granted he was the best return man in 2013, but that's all he brings to the table.  He is a poor man's Ginn (for our purposes).

i'd pay him 2-3m a year just to take over ginn's role. he's invaluable as a returner and he'd fill a WR position that wouldn't see the field all that much anyway... paying for consistently good field position is well worth it IMO, especially if you're already worried about your offense's ability to move up and down the field.

Agreed. Field position is going to be huge for us this season and our lack of playmakers on offense could be hidden by finding a valuable return guy.

remember also that munnerlyn is gone, which removes a valuable backup PR option. getting somebody proven out there that can return kicks is of the utmost importance
