Thats fine. I see Baker Mayfield. And when I see Sawyer Robertson being mentioned we are in trouble. Hes not an NFL qb

We're projected to have around $40M in cap space, around middle of the pack in the league.

Being a Pro Bowler doesn't mean much as a Cowboy. They get in almost by default.

Cutting Bryce frees up 100 mil in cap space and everyone gets a puppy

I know its far out til now but what is the Carolina Panthers Projected 2026 Salary Cap and Salary Cap Space we have available as of today? What are some moves we can make with the current roster that we can free up more Space with extensions, releases, etc with current players to keep building this team going forward? #KeepPounding

WelshPanther started following Jarvis not in Canada squad

Not sure if injury impacted this decision. I’m assuming so but gutted for him
-
That's somewhat intriguing, but we don't think outside the box, and he probably wants to remain a CB.

You let someone throw a ball 30 times a game, unless they’re Nathan Peterman or something occasionally they’ll be good. Doesn’t mean they’re reliable or predictable or will happen more frequently. -
Red flags with personality, does not seem like a good leader, clearly limited physically, scramble first guy. I don't like much anything about him

When I looked up pressure stats the other day, I was a little surprised at blitz % overall. We don't blitz very often, and I have to think it's because we don't get to the qb very often, and we are exposing vulnerabilities that we are not able to accommodate when we do send extra pressure. -
Forget trying to draft a QB in the early first round--it's stupid

Has anyone looked at Luke Altmyer? I checked some of his stats and its intriguing for a late round pick. Need me a dude who can operate from the confines of the pocket and he also has some scramble ability. -

Sorry I just cannot agree with "he has more than enough arm for the NFL". Sure it might be a little overblown but its definitely below league average in my mind. He can flash it here and there if he can really get his lower body into the throw but I have seen so many skipped balls that land 5-10 ft in front of the receivers when he gets pushed off a solid base. -
Whatever wildcard team ends up 5 will win that game. If you don't think losing on home field in the 1st round of the playoffs is an embarrassment, then that's your opinion, and you are welcome to it, and it's cool to have different opinions. There is no disrespect in making that statement. There are better teams. The Panthers chance of winning the NFC Championship are 1 in none. The Steelers in the AFC may be slightly better, perhaps 2 in none. Just saying.

Good Luck to the Panthers let's get this Win

This is how bad Freddie has been this season. I saw he was starting, knew it would be bad and a loss... So didn't watch at all.

Playoff Teams Concern Flaws/Weaknesses

I have to assume they made them stick to just one thing. IDK that I would say it's the most glaring, either. I think QB play is. -
Cherelus in a walking boot but don't expect to see Simmons
carpanfan96 replied to micnificent28's topic in Carolina Panthers
He's a LB without the ability to shed blocks consistently or a safety without typical safety traits. -
Any love for Pavia the Vandy QB? Yes hes short 5'10", but hes built solid, has a cannon for an arm and is accurate. Can also run.

Come home Baker

This has to be Dave’s move on Sunday. There’s a way to communicate this to XL that his performance doesn’t merit him starting in the biggest game of the year, while still allowing him to get reps and earn his way. Moore used to play in TB and is a more reliable target for Bryce. Truthfully, I think Horn has played as well as XL this year to earn some of his targets as well.

In news leading up to the game, Todd Bowles has seemingly called out Baker Mayfield for being a big part of the Bucs problems. https://www.sportskeeda.com/nfl/news-todd-bowles-seemingly-throws-baker-mayfield-bus-following-bucs-qb-s-3-int-performance-20-17-loss-vs-dolphins

He has more than enough arm for the NFL. He doesn't throw hard when he should. Some times you just have to drive the ball in a window and he doesn't always do that, giving the impression that his arm is weak. It really isn't as bad as that. Not great. But not THAT bad. -
Although the 49ers beat the Hawks in round 1.... that was prior to the niners defense being ravaged by injurys and with Jones starting.... Pretty sure we will be facing the rams
