[Brett Kollman] 4 Teams That Are Better Than You Think
jb2288 replied to Icege's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yeah that would probably be 5-12 territory. I think we need to win 7 minimum to feel good about next year. If we do that and Bryce looks good all year, we can focus on defense and be a serious threat in 26 -

getting another top 10 pick in 26 would ratchet the heat up for Morgan, DC and Bryce (assuming they keep him) to Chernobyl levels -

Yeah, basically if we don't end up with yet another top 10 draft pick then we were better than expected. -

And being better isn't close to being good either... - Today

Just curious, are these the 5 you have down as locks: BB3, Brown, Wharton, Robinson, Cam Jackson?
-
Think he is on an extended vacation if memory serves. Or at least his old user name is.
-
Where’s that poster that was a Colorado bandwagon fan at? Haven’t seen him post in awhile
-
Yeah, intriguing athlete with crazy measurables but when an intriguing athlete with crazy measurables who isn't facing murder charges or something extreme off the field falls to the 6th round you know there are very real concerns on the field. I still support the pick though. I mean, on the 6th round sure, roll the dice on a guy like that.
-
And this price tag should look very reasonable in 4-5 years.
-
Yeah dude was kind of a slime-ball but you can't help but appreciate what he did for professional wrestling and kids in his heyday.

While we're at it, pin it for all the preseason games as well! While everyone wants to "win" preseason, there is a reason those games don't count. A lot is going on... roster battles, team building familiarity with each other, rookies getting used to NFL speed/talent.
-
I distinctly remember before our 2015 season there was talk about training camp and how it wasn't going great, and then their was the Cam Norman fight. From the outside it looked like chaos but we had something truly special that year. Remember last year when Bryce "torched" the Jets then had one of the worst two game back to backs in panthers history? I didn't go but I heard that attending a Matt Rhule TC it was obvious he wasn't an NFL coach Might point being is take it all with a grain of salt some things come to fruition and some things don't
-
yeah, the comp was a little bit of an interesting one. I mean, you can love someone's energy and speed. Horn could also run horrible routes and need a year to the side the get at the NFL level. He also coming out of that really quirky Colorado O that was overly pass heavy O that was super spread out. Horn going to have to get used to blocking, hands on him, and all sorts of stuff. He was a 6th rounder for a reason.

Recent draft picks tend to be safe unless they are clearly beat out. They will keep 6 WR with Moore and Renfroe battling for the last spot.

Surprise! Kon looks really bad!
Little Goody Two Shoes replied to Proudiddy's topic in Charlotte Hornets
I say trade him and Miles. Play the young guys. We won’t be very good this year. Use the draft capital to get a big man next year that fits the culture they are trying to build. -
Tulsky strikes again lol
-
I think he's reached the point where his only hope is to be a ST ace and make that his niche. Don't think he's a NFL level defender at any position.
-
Thompkins finished the season on the active roster after being waived due to injury in camp and making his way back. He's comparing their effort not their futures.
-
I don't think coaches should publicly say bad things about players. Any criticism should be done in private.
-
I think Horn probably makes the team But he compared him to a player who was cut last year. "I think about Deven Thompkins—who I love, who was here last year. They just bring out the best in everybody because you know, when they're out there, they're going 100 miles per hour, full speed and they're looking to take the top off. So, I love that style about Jimmy. And what he's shown us—whether it's in drills or in the team periods, he's just all gas."
-
How often does any coach talk negatively about players to the media?
-
You don't throw players under the bus in public, if they fug up let them know behind closed doors. Dont ever go full MoRon.
-
It’s also about preserving their trade value
-
I'd rather Barno transfer to an ILB,but...can he?
-
8 years when that isn't possible after this season plus 500k per season of deferred money which also isn't possible after this season with the new CBA rules.
