Daniel Jeremiah mocks KC Concepcion to the #Panthers 👏👏👏
strato replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
I had just watched the Lions/Vikings/Panthers stretch when I came here. What I didn’t like about that mock? Mina Kimes gave Jeremiah 2 choices for each pick. Only two. Felt very arbitrary. -

Panthers Top 30 Visits and Draft Tracker
Bear Hands replied to XClown1986's topic in Carolina Panthers
An expected PSA- these visits are not always aligned with interest+more interest after the visit. What we don’t know are the ones where they’ve heard things, bring them in to see how they fit, and cross them off the list the second they leave the building. Who I like spotting/hope they check out given what I’ve seen: Golday, Haulcy, Rolder, Cooper, Rodriguez Faulk and McDonald on there is interesting for the R1 targets. -
Only thing is hoping the spurs don't rest everyone now

Off-season topic: WWYD? Total Branding Redesign
Jay Roosevelt replied to PanthersATL's topic in Carolina Panthers
I wouldn't change too much, especially with the logo and colors. I'd probably remove the gray/silver from the color scheme and just go blue/black/white. Making the gray/silver eyes and teeth on the logo white would be a subtle change that many people probably wouldn't even notice but would fit with the new, simpler color scheme. I'm attaching some design concepts I found via a quick Google search that are along the lines of what I'd be going for. An updated look for the jerseys, but not a top-down redesign. For the pants, I might go a little farther; something along the lines of the attached concept I found. I'd like to see black, blue and white helmet variants. This would allow us to be able to use literally any helmet/jersey/pants combo and have a solid look. -
I mean... Seeing as how it will probably only take 1 snap in practice for Brooks to get injured, I'm guessing our staff knows we need another RB while continuing to develop Etienne.

Thanks X Clown--we need fresh info to keep us from arguing about crap when both sides are wrong..

2025 Draft Re-Grades (Or, One Idiot Doubles Down)

I feel like walterfootball was ok when it first started like 30 years ago because it was like the only mock draft site around. Now they are somewhere between Kiper and a flaming bag of crap -

BPA among edge, LB, CB, WR, OT, or S (if Downs/Thieneman are there). I will say corner because I think Terrell will be available at 19

Tony Pauline’s 2026 NFL Mock Draft 4.0
Shocker replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Arizona State wide receiver Jordyn Tyson is a high-upside 2026 NFL Draft prospect with a significant, multi-year injury history, including a 2022 multi-ligament knee injury (ACL, MCL, PCL), a 2024 broken clavicle, and a lingering 2025-2026 hamstring issue . He has missed roughly 33–48% of his college games, raising durability concerns despite elite production -
Last years smoke screen was epic. Nobody was talking about Tetairoa.

BEASTfromdaEAST replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think DM and FO have done a better job this year smoke screening people not knowing which way they are going in this draft..... Every mock of ours I see is completely different which I see has a big advantage if we end up making moves during draft -

Canales doesn't sound all the way sold on Bryce
SCO96 replied to TD alt's topic in Carolina Panthers
There is some truth in what you say about having a bottom tier QB and still having some success in the NFL. However, the rest of the team can't be bottom tier at any level. You can't have bottom tier skill players, o-lineman, d-lineman, LB's and DB's. Those positions would have to be mid-top tier to compensate for the weakness at QB. And, Bryce would have to be willing to be paid as a bottom tier QB. That would allow the team to fortify all of the above positions to enhance BY's chance of success on the field. Unfortunately, I think there is little chance of Young and his agent accepting that in today's QB market. Which, is why Carolina has to be willing to move on if he doesn't show any significant improvement over the next 2 seasons. -

Agreed. Canales likes WRs that can block down field and even IF this guy stays healthy his profile calls him out as not being a willing blocker. -
Draft time is always tough. We all tend to have players that we want to see drafted, only to see out hopes dashed when the FO goes a different direction. I like what the team has done so far but I wouldn't be thrilled with a WR at 19, especially one who is already injury prone.

TE if there, they have swung and missed on later round TE's. They need a blue chip in the TE room.

LaMelo and Miles put in work. Great to see from the two veterans. We're definitely going to need a a repeat of that tomorrow night against the Celtics in Boston.

Detroit 2.0? That would be 3 WRs in a row in the first round. Didn't pan out to well for Detroit. I think we have more glaring needs than another WR.
