He’s missed like 3 in the last 2 weeks. He missed one at the start of the game as well. I think it’s why he plays CB and not WR. At least that’s what John Madden would say. He was probably gone if he caught it. Score would have been 20-6 and good chance it never comes down to a single possession.

Oh, you know, I have higher expectations for this team long term. Like you, day dreaming about this team's potential with a real QB is apparently a thought crime.

Anyone that knows anything about coaching (and especially anyone that has coached at anything above the peewee level), should be able to recognize the number most important thing: Building culture. We are seeing players improve, we certainly don't have the best roster but it is improving. We have been underdogs in every game but look at our record. After the last seven years, how in the world can we not give the guy in charge some credit? I don't agree with all of his gametime decisions, personnel useage, at so forth, but I'm not at practices and watching film. But I can see the culture he is building, and I like it.

Yep the 10 games he played without Brady he was barely getting 50 yards a game and then he retired because he knew it was downhill from there.

I honestly think we're a good team that is just young and inexperienced. When we take care of the football, we are gritty and talented enough to hang with any team. It's just a matter of not turning the ball over (especially when in 20+/- territory). The Patriots and Bills games are fluky. If we don't give up 2 Punt returns for TD in the same game or Andy doesn't throw a pick 6 and turn the ball over 3 more times, we are competitive in those games. Rarely are we getting pummeled because our team as a whole is worse. It's moreso just us making costly mistakes in big moments, which snowball. That comes with youth and inexperience. Something special is brewing in Carolina.
