  2. What is it that you think bryce does well? And do you think it will be good enough to win 10+ games a year, beat good teams, or win in playoffs?
  3. 2020 was one of the best qb classes in recent memory. Joe Burrow, Tua, Herbert, Jordan Love, and Hurts. Getting five starting qb's out of a single draft class is very rare. We could have taken Hurts or Love. Of course, hindsight is 20/20, and if we had taken Love with our first round pick, our fans would have been howling, as Falcon fans are now. But it probably would have been the right move. But I agree, Rhule was a fool who made one significant mistake after another.
  4. I think it's starting and there's been enough turnover that most will be able to buy into it. He's got the same level of infectious energy that Cam had and will have the same effect, being able to elevate the guys around him. He's what this team needed.
  5. More of the same to me as Tepper's other guys just a different flavor.
  6. The expectations for this team and especially Young are so low it’s ridiculous. 5 wins is great now? I guess that’s where we are. Fug
  7. Today
  8. Seems to appreciate guys and be a guy that the players will like playing for. Also built a staff that is aligned rather than a brain trust. The coach speak is still coach speak but comes across like he gives you more insight. So yes, I think a different vibe. That said, they still need to execute and the moment there is a sighting of a DBO sign all bets are off.
  9. Those youth pastor vibes are definitely a pivot from Reich and Rhule.
  10. Comes off a little like a college coach at a D2 school. All that matters is whether the players buy into it or not. They obviously did not with Rhule or Reich but did with Wilks.
  11. Honestly he creeps me out some. Can’t verbalize the entire feeling but TV evangelist vibe is an element, there is also a high school cheerleader facade. So far I like him in his job and think he projects to be good hire, possibly, but there isn’t much to go on yet. I’ll just hope he isn’t too twisted.
  12. Not only does he give off a great vibe but he looks good in a tight shirt and has some lovely hair. A+ all the way around girlfriend!
  13. Young Pete Carol vibes. I can dig it, but he gonna have to show everyone he can deliver on the goods.
  14. Lawn boy he is trash! Dude wants to run the ball with the 25th ranked run offense. We can go back to Bryce talk now. Close!
  15. I thought Matt Rhules felt like a traveling preacher/sewing machine salesman. Then I thought Reich had the emotions of the captain of a baby seal clubbing team. I kind of like Canales and think he may be adaptable in today's NFL. I know we need to to see it but does he not give you guys hope too, or will he get his moniker too? (My bad, tired of looking at the same thread titles)
  16. Either way you have to support Bryce. Build up the team so you can see if he can improve or you have a better team for the next guy.
  17. I mean if it wasn't for hiring a buffoon for HC and the general impatience, grabbing Teddy and drafting a rookie to sit for a year or two could have been a fine strategy. Wasn't a great class in 2020 but we skipped on Jalen Hurts for YGM in the 2nd
  18. So what wasn't good enough in 2020-2022 would be great now? The bar is so low
  19. That's the same issue that tall QBs with bad footwork have. It isn't an issue of size. You could argue his lack of size makes it harder for him to compensate for bad footwork (for example, Cam Newton, whose footwork was atrocious especially early in his career but he made up for it because he was a great athlete) and I would agree with that. But the footwork itself isn't a size problem, in my opinion anyway
  20. The irony of Gabbert being in Carolina…the QB pundits wanted drafted over Cam
  21. Damn why'd he have to throw in a clip of CJ's significantly better velocity? lol. Almost none of BY's throws are on a rope, most are dive bombing as they get to the WR hence the lack of Yac on a lot of them. Even if it's only a couple yards if he could hit these guy so they aren't going to their knees just to get the catch it would make a big difference
  22. I’m sorry friend wanted to get it out there because I felt it was fair and balanced…something I’ve stopped being with Young as I simply feel he is a bad fit for the NFL. …alas, sometimes life interferes with the HUDDLE. I had intended to do a top 8 synopsis of good and bad but…obligations
  23. Wow. Florida two years in a row heading to the ECF. Great goalie play in Bob and scoring. We had a better team but were worse in goal. We owned them in the regular season. Just shows what elite goalie play looks like. bob vs Igor. At what point does rod just roll with Koochie. This is our future being fuged over by stubborn rod.
